So after discovering kanopy streaming thanks to one of my professors, I have decided to make a recommended movies page for lesser known movies I come across that I found to have interesting points. The movies are probably going to be a weird mishmash of genres.

Title: Straightlaced–How Gender’s Got Us All Tied Up
Summary: An interesting look at gender roles and stereotypes via a mishmash of teen interviews and descriptions of various teenager’s lives.

Title: The Great Dictator
Summary: One of the earliest anti-Hitler/Hitler parody movies. It’s a black and white Charlie Chaplin movie that manages to be a societal commentary, comedy, and inspirational movie all in one.
